While the AI strives to provide accurate mathematical solutions and explanations, it is a tool meant to aid learning, not replace professional advice or educational instruction. MathGenie AI is not responsible for any decisions or actions made based on AI-generated content.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on MathGenie AI. However, by posting or sharing content through the app (including messages, to-do lists, etc.), you grant MathGenie AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, distribute, and display that content in connection with the app’s functionality.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
– Use the app for any illegal activity or unauthorized purpose.
– Engage in any behavior that disrupts or interferes with other users’ experience.
– Use the AI for malicious purposes, such as generating inappropriate or harmful content.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
MathGenie AI offers optional premium features through auto-renewing in-app subscriptions, managed securely via RevenueCat.
Subscription plans and pricing are clearly displayed in the app.
Subscriptions may include a 3-day free trial depending on your platform (App Store or Google Play).
Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term, unless required by law.
RevenueCat acts as the system of record for your subscription status.
8. Account Termination
– By MathGenie AI: MathGenie AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
– By You: You may terminate your account at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MathGenie AI is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MathGenie AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or damages resulting from inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
